The holidays used to be non-stop food action for me. Thanksgiving dinner wasn't just a meal--it was a weeklong event of parties and leftovers galore. Christmas? Try a three-week sugar bender on everything imaginable. "Inflamed" could have been my middle name. When I started my very last weight loss journey in 2009, it was right before the holiday season.
